We began as an Outreach Ministry with Born To Die Motorcycle Ministry in California. In 2002 Pastor Jose received the call to open a Church, Holy Ground Christian Fellowship in Buena Park, CA.
To expand outreach Pastor Jose and Pastor Betsy started their own Motorcycle Ministry, Paid In Full Motorcycle Ministry to reach those in need.
We are a family-oriented Church that has a desire to reach our communities with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

A Word from Pastors Martin and Sylvia Lopez
We met Pastors Jose and Betsy in 2008 at a Bike Night Event
of their Paid In Full Motorcycle Ministry which was an outreach ministry they had every week. We became involved with them in their Church called “Holy Ground Christian Fellowship”
We became close as time went on and began to talk about our the vision of the church that we had and the vision they had for their ministry. We decided to combine both churches together and became assistants to Pastor Jose and Betsy in the church and then we joined the Motorcycle Ministry, as we loved to ride together. We would minister the word together and attend various events as Paid In Full Motorcycle Ministry. Pastor Jose and Betsy are loving people. They have hearts that are so big and desire the best for all. They have continued to demonstrate this even today. Pastor Betsy is a firecracker! She is Loving and fair in all she does but don’t get her upset! You will receive the wrath of God upon you. LOL.
I will say this; they will not put up with nonsense. I have worked with them in the church and in the Recovery homes they have in California. We have seen many lives change and have faced many challenges together. We have married people in the church and have had many great times.
When the Lord moved Pastor Jose and Betsy to Florida in 2012. They turned the church over to us as the Senior Pastors of Holy Ground Christian Fellowship and we have stayed connected and visited each other. For the past 14 years, we have still loved each other as family and miss each other.

It was and is my great pleasure to testify on behalf of my brother and sister in Christ, Pastors Jose and Betsy Mata. We met at a Bike night around the year 2003 for Paid in Full Motorcycle Ministry through Holy Ground Christian Fellowship Church in Buena Park, Ca. There was immediately something different about these two. They were fun loving Christians and I was a “new” Christian. We immediately connected there and I proceeded to attend Holy Ground Christian Fellowship Church. Through the next 7+ years I was able to grow in my faith immensely due to their guidance and love. Together we shared many valleys and mountain tops and always made sure Jesus Christ was in the center of it all. From church services, to baptisms, to food outreach, to Skid row in L.A., to Childrens hospitals, to Mens Juvenile detention centers, to counseling, to helping in our Recovery homes, etc..
I could write pages and pages of our many ministry services and events but I will
keep it short.
These two are one of the main reasons I grew up serving our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. All glory to God for changing their hearts to serve Him for the rest of their lives. Praise God.
